I just wanted to say thank so much again for being open and personal, relaxed, patient and kind to myself and the others over the weekend. Thank you for giving me this wonderful gift - something which is becoming so much deeper and more immense than I could have expected. I'm still coming to terms with it all. It will be good to let this sink in and to explore my practice within myself further.
